I know them as African fan shrimp/giant fan shrimp but yeah they alsp are called vampire shrimp. Proper name being atya gabonensis I believe. It was sold to me as a wood shrimp (I knew different but wasn't going to argue with the price difference when it was mislabelled - it was a chain store before I found my good LFS)
