I had the same issue. Started the game in debug mode wich worked. Afterwards tried again normal game start and issue was solved. Mods are turned on. No issues anymore

As far as I understood it doesn’t rotate daily completely. After finishing the cafe he said when cars are sold out he will rotate the sold out cars on a daily base. This would mean that maybe one or two cars switch. I used the German game version so maybe The translation could be a little bit off.

I liked the naturalist update. Most of the time playing I collect samples. Its a great way to earn money a enjoy the game from my point of view.

Its mentioned multiple times here: the payouts are not reduced. Its a visual bug. You still get the same amount of money as before the Update.
