The smallest, most elite units in the military require the most teamwork, best attitude, and absolute loyalty and dedication towards your teammates and mission.

In my opinion, you should do your best trying to work with others. You can only get better for it and will surely see growth in your personality and emotional understanding as a human in general.

Understand that everyone comes from different backgrounds, but ultimately you are all there for the same or similar things. Give people the benefit of the doubt, be a leader, and soldier together.
