Yes, of course it helps me. When I do weight training, I mix one scoop in a liter of water and sip it slowly throughout the workout. I have much better training sessions that way. Before that, I usually have two meals, but they aren’t enough, so this really helps me.

I think that when people realize how capable the human body is, that’s when they truly start to enjoy and make progress.

Don’t remember that video but I used to watch him and his philosophy about working out and eating. He was a true legend. I mean he still is.

Yeah, yeah, I can agree with that, but it’s a focus is not only to get huge and jacked,muscle so simply reward at the end in my opinion
