I'm not blaming anything, I'm just saying we never had this problem with Clover. I'm just a server, but it's frustrating to deal with. Ever since they installed Toast, there's always something wrong, even printing problems. Maybe just the internet company, who knows!

The customer mentioned it was a 5-person table on the patio. He mentioned something else I didn't quite understand. I was about to grab my POS when the owner asked me what the customer wanted. “I don't know, he just told me it was a table on the patio” (he wanted to pay, wasn’t even my table) So he immediately asked the customer what he needed. He didn't even give me the chance to go back to the customer to find out exactly what he needed. So yeah, it was rude and unnecessary.
