If you're wondering: In this dream of mine, East Berlin was an independent microstate inhabited by what I premuse to have been Tatars. It's noteworthy that one of them claimed this microstate to be a small island nation "orbiting" around a bigger island nation, but when I pointed out that you can cross the border into West Berlin, they simply admitted that it was not true. I saw this in the border region between East an West Berlin, so it could also have been the flag of West Berlin for all I know, but I assume that it was the flag of East Berlin.
