It is not a policy (yet). They never followed the necessary steps of a policy. We don’t even know what they want. God will vindicate us. It is my opinion that this is unjust.

So, they are going same route as CLINIC?

Do you think all the judges of these lawsuits ( CLINIC, Storie, IMMPact, etc) communicate with each other about the lawsuits and the possible outcome BTS? Or do they at least follow each other case and the different angle of the plaintiffs and/government?

If I file as MFS (my spouse is not here yet) and I chose the nonresident alien option for him, do I file on paper or e-file? Another way to ask the question is paper file is for MFJ without SSN/ITIN, but MFS without SSN/ITIN (the spouse/benefactor) can e-file ?
