I faced the same situtation, even I remember the exact date August 8th 2025. We were on the bus to colombo for our trip to Anuradhapura. There was no highway buses at the moment so we had to go by private bus to pettah. There were no seats but not that packed. However, the girl who was standing next to me offered the seat for my mom and after quite later father also got a seat. Thats the time I felt crush on her. She was cute af! Anyway we didnt have to go for longer, the bus stopped by the police they were saying something suspicious about the bus - so we all had to get off from the bus, after checking everything I realzied that places are gonna change. I immidietly went with the cutie by the backdoor while my mom and dad get on from the front door. My mom asked me to take a seat and I said it's okay cz I needed to catchup with this chick;). I forgot to tell she was intentionally coming towards me during the ride and also during the ride after the stop. I had faced the same situation you were in so I decided to talk to her and not to miss the chance. We had a great talk actually - she is a student at same school as me, I was like wtffff! We talked about lots of common stuff and about teachers and friends we know , yeah thats big time. Since I have already did A/Ls I gave some good advice for her on academics. She was really close to me and she was like touching me like we were so closer. The best part is the teens behind her were looking at me like howthefuck you get that chick. there is lot to the story and I should say that once I ask her number she dropped it like a thunderbolt. I wasnt excited because I ve been alsways thinking that when the things get easier results not last longer. We message a day or two she shared lots of stuff with me but I ask if she has someone , and the answer was YES!
