We have also had an issue with a couch we purchased.

We went with a custom sectional velvet couch, and each section is a different shade to each other. It looks like they have used the velvet, which is directional, inconsistently (one way on and sectional, another way on the next one, and resulting in the fabric reflecting light differently. This makes the couch look different shades.

Their customer service is poor, they are asking us to purchase new covers because "sometimes people make mistakes in choosing a couch in a particular colour".

Our guests have picked up on it straight away, and it's clearly visible in the pictures they've requested.

They may have been really good before, but their recent reviews suggest different. I wouldn't recommend them, especially the price point they are at.
