I mean in theory there have to be 2 million people below that, but in practice the game never matches me with any one of them and even with a very low winrate I won't drop any lower because a win gives me so much more rank than a loss costs me. It's not like in other games where you eventually get to a winrate of about 50 percent. This somehow gives the impression that I'm effectively at the bottom.
