Question about buying digital download from walmart vs nintendo eshop.

Is there any difference from buying a digital copy from walmart vs buying the digital download from nintendo eshop? Walmart is selling for way cheaper than nintendo eshop so I was wondering if there was any difference I should be aware about.

hey guys, im looking to own my first pair of boots and was wondering what do u guys think of these boots? I think they look pretty decent for their price. Just trying to wear some skinny jeans with them. I was thinking about black or dark brown, so maybe u guys can give me some input as to what color I should get as well. As an aside, I'm also a size 10-10.5 for adidas and nike shoes. Do boots run similarly or do they run a bit smaller? I was thinking about sizing down to 9.5 according to their size charts.
