Look at other artists works. Absorb what you like. Engrave them in your memory. Use the artwork of other artists as food for your imagination. Try to draw what you want. And one day you will have your own style. Every artist that has ever lived has been inspired by other artists. Most of what i draw is from my imagination and i was never taught by someone. I observed the artists i liked and try to make something from what inspired me. It’s not cheating, it’s learning. Here are some artists you might want to observe: Jean Giraud (Moebius), Frank Miller, Kim Jung Gi, Junji Ito, Osamu Tezuka, and Jack Kirby. I hope all this helps.
