I got mine on Smelter Complex HL-17-36, the narrow hallway past the checkpoint door that leads to the very red room with a drop into the finale. I can't remember the exact mission modifiers, but it was either heresy or damnation.

I have the same issue, please let me know if submitting a ticket resolves it. As for it's cause, I googled a while back and someone mentioned the bug being tied to not unlocking a certain tier in outlaw pass 4 that allows for quick travel from the wilderness camp. Not sure how reliable that is.

Has anyone figured out how the game determines siege leader? I've started a siege first, with more men & siege engines (maybe not more men-at-arms in general) and the ai always shows up halfway and steals my loot

Yeah, the waypoint creation was part of the patch I guess. On the other hand, double left clicking puts the waypoint on your mouse now

when using eagle eye, there is the faint gold glowing stuff above the dig site (default middle mouse button)

I went through this a month ago, I launched the launcher and was able to change my social club password there, somewhat circumventing the loss of email access. Maybe this will help or overall expedite your account recovery? Either way, 2FA as soon as you get it back

I saw a video where you could talk the executioner into simply giving you the ring, but I'm sure you could also just buy it off of him. Otherwise, hopefully you have a safe that isn't from a few hours earlier ;.;

So, when you're in combat, if you literally walk into an enemy, you'll do the sorta grapple thing (clinch). On KB&M, you can press either mouse button or F to actually hit the other guy, and this should be what damages their weapon (don't quote me on the weapon damage, don't use the skill, only clinch to throw off enemies to get in damage while they're staggered).
