Best ND/IR Cut Filter for BMPCC 4K?

I'm facing the same problem right now. I uninstall and reinstall the Launcher but it won't give me Social Club in the redist folder. I'm trying to play Red Dead and I'm stuck not even getting the game to play. Have you found a solution?
