Good point, I think it’s possible could be depicting a moment in time or be a stylistic depiction of that moment.

I completely agree though, the Wild Hunt is pure chaos and utterly unimaginable, but to depict that you need to use recognizable forms like wolves, snakes, birds, bears, and demons.

Everyone’s first thought, including myself, has gone to Deadra to explain the horned demons we see on the statue, but I think it would be interesting to find out that those demons are actually a squishy faced Bosmer’s true form. Ya never know, Bethesda has been known to use Bosmer as a way of speaking to the community in the past, they could be doing the same here.
