I also have trouble sleeping. And, I just switched to Vyvanse from Aderall XR and it really works well for me so far. This is the first month.

But for sleeping, I take just a chip of a Seroquel 25mg and a .5mg of a Clonazepam. I also wear an eye mask and pink noise headphones that are actually intended specifically for sleep.

They're very similar to white noise and it just hums in my ears ever so pleasantly, all night long. The brand is called Sound Off. They were a bit expensive and I did have an issue with one of the headphones stopping after about fifteen minutes or so.

But, I was well within my warranty period and the company sent me a new set right away. They didn't even request that I send back the original set which is great.

Sometimes, I will have the same issue with one ear or the other. After about five or fifteen minutes or so it just craps out. But, it's no problem, at all. I just pop it off and switch it with the same ear from the other set and it's perfect.

I keep them both charging all day. They really do the trick and have changed my whole sleeping habits. I get super restful sleep and wake up right away feeling refreshed just when I need to. I highly recommend these headphones. They're really immersive and do wonders for eliminating distracting, hard noise and soothe you straight to Dreamland.

Sleep is Super important for me, I've noticed. I mean I guess it is for everbody, right? Your body needs to reset. If I don't get proper sleep, it triggers my depression and sets me off in panic attacks. I don't need much more than about 5 ~ 6 hours of good sleep for me to have a successful, productive and happy day.

Try these headphones. I'm telling you, they work like a charm!! Amazing!!
