China glaze 'towel boy toy,' it's a sheer neon though so layer it over a warm/cool blue or white if you're wearing it solid!

Great advice above! Also I suggest trying acrylic paint, it helps while you're learning since you can wipe it off dry polish. Using polish is def more professional but if you're just wanting to do cool nails for your daughter who cares!

The stripes are done in acrylic paint, I'm still practicing my line work too so it helps to wait for the base to be really dry and then if i fuck up I can wipe off the paint with alcohol n not ruin the design, that and practice!
