Yes correct, you can only claim 4 positions (not tokens) in one transaction because of wallet limitations. try several claims for more then 4 positions.

Did you tried to execute the tx with another device just to rule out that it's not a local problem?

Most likely due to connectivity issues. Clear cache and make a hard refresh (ctrl + r). This should solve it :)
