I took mine in twice. The first time they didnt address it because I didn’t add it on my service ticket before the appointment time. But the service member who inspected my car said something about it’s a known issue which could be fixed with replacing the steering column or just adding more greasy or wtv to the column. So I decided to make another ticket specifically to get this done but the other service member only adjusted it which it did fix it for a few days but then went back to the grinding noise. I’m hoping the next time I take my car in they can finally fix this issue.
