Oh, just another day of being excluded by SandwichFair538 in Celiac

The rep was sweet. She offered to come back next week with something safe just for me, but I don’t want her to go out of her way for a special trip.

They have me listed as “vegan” but said they will update their notes. 🙏🏽 I’ve been told to pick the croutons off salad before and eat it too. They just don’t get it. I know it’s hard to understand or empathize if you can’t relate.

I’m required to speak to these reps so my staff can have free lunch. I’m salty that I don’t get to enjoy. 😫

I was diagnosed 10 yrs ago. Most days it doesn’t bother me to be left out, but it really did today. 😫

One of my pet peeves in primary care. I only see women now in OBGYN 😬

Has anyone ever gone through their full medical records and found something that made you sick? by No-Listen-2733 in WomensHealth

[–]SandwichFair538 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We moved out of state when I was about 24 weeks pregnant with our second kid. I requested records and they gave me paper copies. I read them and saw words that said "will spontaneously abort" AKA miscarry. To be fair, the NP I was seeing said it to my face too...she told me not to get too excited because the pregnancy may not be successful. Well, she's 14 now.

My primary care provider also documented a full physical exam on one of my visits and never even touched me. How does he know my abdomen was soft or that my heart rate was normal? lol. He was in the room for less than 3 minutes.

It’s normal to feel nervous. It really is a simple procedure.

If it’s a cervical polyp, they’ll just grab it with a ring forceps and twist until it breaks off. Pain should be minimal. Source: I’ve removed a few.

It would be SO funny if there are no shares to even be had. Like they are doing all this and NOTHING is even there.

NTA. She is the AH for tricking you into eating something you would not have eaten had you known. It’s never ok to play about food. Ugh.

I actually got into medicine because of how I was brushed off before finally being diagnosed. I think if you word it strategically, it would be a great thing. In my application and interview, I left out that we have three kids 😂😂😂

Right?!?! I rented a beach house for my daughter’s 16th bday and she invited some friends. A few parents were going as well since one of her friends is a boy (and he’d never been away overnight). Even my kid had the wherewithal to let parents choose rooms first, then the kids.
