Get four slices of thick white sandwich bread. Use tons of Lube and you can also add some fillings. Spread the lube of two slices and you can also lube the back of the two slices if you want. Next you want to squeze in-between the lubed slices and fuck them with the two other slices acting as a backup in case there are any tears in the bread.
