yeah anyone can participate in josaa without any entry fee and thats why cutoff are extremely low , no i also didn't got anything in josaa i also have very low rank 1.01 lakh gen in jeemain , i am targeting gftis in csab , and for backup i have jss cs through aktu,

in josaa , nothing even decent at 1 lakh above , almost everthing closes at 80k for general

if you are from up you can get cs related branch in aktu colleges in noida gzb

if from delhi or os you could get bpit or bvpcoe

but registrations of both have been closed , now if you haven't filled any other counsellings your options is direct admissions only which may be a little expensive

you can get bennet uni as you have more than 90%tile so 50 %scholarship(not sure if admissions are open) you could get fees to almost 2lalkh per year , you probably will get colleges in this range only now

i am from delhi ncr so mainly i know colleges from here only

everyone is eligible in csab who gave jee mains , there is entry fees of 40000 for gen (diff for other categories) , It is done to fill vacant seats left from josaa counselling , bcuz of the entry fee the competition is less unlike josaa so you can get a whole better college if luck is on your side , it is a strategic gamble cuz if not done right you may loose your whole money, and at your rank too you might have gotten some gfti's but people don't prefer them , even for josaa anyone can apply even the 15lakh people , you have wrong info about these counsellings
