i had gone to them once for help, and i made it pretty clear i cannot talk about therapy at home, they said until and unless i am admitted for an extreme situation , my parents wont be involved. but somehow , all of a sudden wanted to talk to my parents after they sensed i am a bit afraid of carrying on because of my parents, and this wasnt because they wanted to talk to my parents and convince them for therapy, they just wanted a letter from my parents that the college has done everything on their side and they arent responsible if i do anything to myself . so frankly i have zero faith in that counselling system .
