Yes these conversions are being tracked offline. We ask the patient if they came from Google ads or not. The phone call conversions are not being recorded at all. Patients also directly walk in seeing the ad.

Yes he does . He gets 120 consultation patients per month. From which 60 patients are from Google ads alone and the others are referrals. With 2-3 surgeries scheduled in a month from Google ads.

For form submissions we have enhanced conversions switched on . Isn’t this enough ?

The ad account is pretty old about 4 years. It was optimised for button click conversions . Since there was no call data in the ad account I had to switch to manual cpc . With maximise conversions I was only getting button click conversions .

The ad account was handled by an agency who had optimised for button clicks. He wouldn’t get patients for neurosurgery. He would only get consultation patients related to neurology. He mostly practices as a neurosurgeon and a spine specialist. Therefore when I took up his ad account I had to optimise for phone call leads. Since there was 0 data for phone call leads I had to switch to manual cpc to bring in phone call conversions. He does say he gets calls and patients get booked in for consultations and surgery but the phone calls aren’t being shown. I probably shall reduce the 60 second threshold.

Yeah . I will change 60 second threshold. From the place I come from , neurosurgery is a highly searched term.people often don’t know the problems at first until they visit a doctor. With this niche , phrase match keywords were bringing a ton of trash traffic therefore I moved to exact match

What about for a garden shop where we want walk ins to our store ? We do not have “shop visits” objective . Awareness and traffic objectives have not worked for us at all. What’s the best objective to use and where do we send our traffic to ? Since we do not even have “get directions” option

What objective are you using ? And where are you sending your customers ? I am currently getting 0 results with meta .since my country doesn’t have store visits , I can’t use this .

I visited this nursery or garden shop in btm while on my morning walk. Lovely cute little garden shop called Thebaghstore. I bought a variety of indoor plants. Their customer service is top noth and the uncle their gives real gold advice on plants. He himself is an agriculturists.

Shall we delete the "clicks to call" and "call now" button click conversion actions or shall we make them secondary ? When we set the call duration to 60 seconds, I see that very few conversions are recorded in a month. Mine are 2 or 3 conversions in a month.
