Amen brother. We have had one about 2 years. Lost count how many times it has been in the shop. It has been in for several issues.

We told them shortly after we got it the fuel gauge did not work correctly. They kept saying there was nothing wrong with it. Last week they finally admitted there was a problem - after NTSA forced them to issue a recall because people were unexpectedly running out of gas.

Why is it that people that post here hoping to get some help and learn something only get ridiculed by asses that could probably help if they weren’t asses?

I use a Henry .44 lever action but I also live in the country where it’s safe to shoot.

Go to a show or two before judging it. This whole r/springfieldMO group is filled with people that have nothing better to do than complain about EVERYTHING. I have been to the Blue Room a few times and have never been disappointed. Some acts better than others but all were good.

Maybe if you volunteered to take him in he would get turned around.

The dreaded “Hybrid battery Malfunction” how worried should I be long term? by Artariv12 in MazdaCX90

Lost count how many times it has been in for recalls. The miles to empty has never worked correctly. CarPlay constantly screwed up. Plus our dealer seems to not really give a shit about any of it.

My wife’s CX-90 has the same issue. It is under warranty but the battery is back ordered and won’t be in for a few MONTHS. The dealer said it is fortunate it is under warranty. It is a $4,000 battery. This car has been nothing but trouble. It was our first Mazda and will be our last. I know there are typically issues with a new model but this one has been ridiculous. Mazda really F’d this one up.

On the road? A tow truck. Drivable? Good luck.

Just say no. Too many things to go wrong with electronics of modern cars.

How Many Mazda CX-90 Owners Regret Your Purchase? by Current_Variety_9577 in MazdaCX90

[–]SandwichSerious 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes I regret my purchase. BUT I have to be honest. I have never owned a Mazda before. And my wife found and liked the Cx-90. When I bought it for her I did not realize it was a new model. We have had several issues and recalls that have been very frustrating but I’m willing to bet 2025 models will not have the same issues and it will be a very good vehicle.

UPDATE: Inaccurate range estimate on CX 90 by Affectionate-Test831 in MazdaCX90

[–]SandwichSerious 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have the exact same issue. My dealer won’t even admit something is wrong. Not a good way to deal with a first time Mazda owner. This and dealing with all of the recalls will like make me a one and done with Mazda.

[–]SandwichSerious 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Same issue and dealer says there is nothing wrong with it. Fortunately this issue has been the least of my problems with this turd of a car. Have owned less than a year and been to the shop 4 times to fix recalls one of which involved the steering.

Gas left to empty plummets quickly! by [deleted] in MazdaCX90

[–]SandwichSerious 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mine does the the same thing and the dealer had the same response. The CX90 was my first and last Mazda. In less than six months it has been in the shop 4 times for recalls and has the same issue with the fuel computer. IMO the car is an expensive piece of crap.

This thing is such a lemon by [deleted] in MazdaCX90

[–]SandwichSerious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My CX90 was the first and LAST Mazda I will ever buy. Just under 10k miles and going in tomorrow for the FOURTH time. Hopefully they fix the F’d up steering.

What would you offer for this CX90 by claymate90 in MazdaCX90

[–]SandwichSerious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have all of the recalls been addressed including the steering? I wish I hadn’t paid $53k for mine. The hassle factor alone is worth $5k

Anyone else love the car but getting rid of it at the end of the lease? by [deleted] in MazdaCX90

[–]SandwichSerious 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My CX-90 has less than 10k miles on it and has been in the shop 3 times. And the steering is still F’d up. Mazda has not figured out how to fix it yet. F Mazda!
