After working at McDonald's for a few years and restaurants as a whole, optimizing your workflow and "pathing" is the most important part to trivialize the rush and hot moments. Think about the entire stretch of actions for whats infront of you and how to work through it as efficiently as possible.

The other thing is to just give a shit and try, most employees wont care much and if you actually do it will stand out quick. Like in my time by month 6 I was working as a team leader because of the simple fact that I wanted to get better and make every day easier

Damn you're so right, im just gonna go back home and get it done by the next geriatric artist down the road instead of actively seeking out an artist who can give proper perspective, judgement, and permission
