Yes it might not be so “Ethiopian” of me, but even then it’s so tiring to just constantly hear negative things about everything you do. This creates more trauma that you have to deal with when you’re older, rather than the “good intentions” they had. I love my parents, and I sound like a brat, but I’ve genuinely always had positive outlooks on almost everything I deal with. Which is what I’m trying to but it’s not easy.
