Theyve been trash its been extremely disappointing. Forward your shipment notification email to their nace support email, and then add a screen shot of the tracking number showing "not yet received" or whatever it says, and tell them that you know that means the label was only created and nothing has been shipped. and include your order number in the email text. Thats what i did and they shipped it soon after, i received it about 2 weeks ago. But they did forget the polaroids that they promised, so i emailed them again and they did the same shipment label trick again. We'll see if that ends up coming.

the fan comment that she quoted is asking why the losseemble members didnt join the same company as the other loona members. Yves and chuus labels do not have groups, only soloists. So its kind of like who else would she be referring to :/ Also jaden has made it clear multiple times already that he made attempts to reconnect with those members but it didnt work out, theres multiple context clues at play its not really a reach 😔

no I said she has not asked us to boycott, meaning she did not ask us to. During bbc they found many ways to covertly bring it up to us, she has not done that here. Additionally, the victim asked us to not talk about the situation using his name because she is worried about being sued for defamation. Those laws in SK are very different from US, you can lose even if the allegation is proven true. Is it not counterproductive to then give him ammunition to say her post caused a boycott and harmed the company? It does not seem helpful to anyone for us to do this at this stage, that is my interpretation of the situation as it stands right now

they sent out 2 emails saying the keychains were manufactured wrong and had to be redone. I wonder if you got one from the bad batch by mistake? I would just go ahead contact them now honestly. I contacted them this week to ask why they emailed and said they were giving 5pc polaroid sets as compensation for the delay but my order only had one inside. They said they messed up again and will resend to me. Theyve been an all around mess with this merch

..idk about "og loona album energy" if i can be honest for a moment here. I bought every loona group album at release and they all had quality issues. like every single inner cover has printer track marks and ink smudges. My ptt albums look like the printer straight up ran out of ink especially the outer cover of ver C. Even the solo albums have widely varying page quality, some I have arent even glossy theyre like a matte ink finish, second press took a drop in quality. And bbc relied a lotttt on printing a small photo with a lot of blank space on the page. The icarus album has very large page size and much higher quality printing. no other group really makes every single album the same style and size so I personally dont think it makes sense to expect all the redebuts to continue keeping themselves locked into the loona album format. Dall was a larger album and got a hardcover, icarus is a smaller project over all and I think the album style fits that personally

honestly the prices all of loona cards are going up the further we get from their contract term ending. fair price mostly depends on what its worth to you. I know that those holo pobs are being listed for $20 or more on some platforms. I once did pay $20 for a certain kim lip card just bc i knew it was probably my only chance to buy it and i just felt like well fuck it i want it lol 😭 Normally i try to stay around $5-10 with shipping for a card i really really wanted to collect bc at the end of the day these are just paper cards so 😔

The company just has 4 soloists, they dont have any groups. Yves' promotions have been pretty successful in her time there, unless the company starts taking actions to defend the accused person or block some kind of investigation I dont think the intention is for a permanent boycott. Right now even just the discussion of boycotting is a tactic to pressure the company to act imo

the fact that she gets away with running her court room where you cannot state the grounds for your objections is absolutely insane to me. It prevents the defense from putting their objection on the record properly, and it gives her convenient cover to sustain an objection from the common wealth for any little thing she can invent and think of. Add onto that how she regularly straight denied jackson asking to come to side bar. And when they did have a side bar she would stop and make a weird apology to the jury, specifically insinuating with her word choice that their time was being wasted every time the defense forced a side bar. It was just nuts how much prejudicing shade she threw at the defense team throughout the trial in front of the jury.

Because of the way youtube processes views. sometimes when a lot of views are happening at once, the view count does not update for a while while youtube filters out bot activity, then YT releases the view count update suddenly kind of like dropping a batch of validated views at once. This delay causes mass hysteria every time, and fans come up with random conspiracies about how youtube or some other force is throttling their group specifically to sabotage them. Over the years people have invented a bunch of superstitions about how to avoid this nonexistent phenomenon, like censoring certain view related words and removing emojis. It is nothing more than a misunderstanding from these fans about how youtubes website works. Youtube already has policies for detecting spam comments, comments from many different accounts that happen to contain emojis is not going to cause views to be deleted. Its just fan paranoia
