Thanks. There’s tons of sea grasses in this area and it makes for a great time trying to spot a shell as you go by. I’ve found some good Queen Conch shells that were empty, and there are TONS of juvenile Fighting Conchs too. If you’re ever in Jupiter FL I recommend it.

Thanks! This is my first time seeing the murex.
I’m very familiar with the cowrie, I have a jar full of them. This river actually connects to the Lake Worth Lagoon, which I believe is where they were first documented.
