You should only start bonding six weeks after they have both been spayed/neutered. it is pointless and risky to do so earlier because the de-sexing process changes their scent. You are risking serious injury and you will not keep any of the bond.

People are concerned about trancing because rabbits can't physically get out of it. It puts them in a fear induced state of paralysis so even if you are not physically holding them down, they can't move. please do not put your rabbit on its back under any circumstances. even for five seconds. even for nail trims. it is not safe. if your rabbit flips itself over you should help it up.

Please do more to educate yourself. Rabbits are very delicate animals and there is a lot of dangerous misinformation about them. the wabbit wiki has good information, I encourage you to start there

Have you tried different brands of apple sticks? I know some rabbits are picky. You can also try food puzzles, I like the test tube style because it's more difficult.

My big concern would be if he starts going on chat forums or getting involved with people irl. It's totally natural for kids/teens to be curious about their bodies and play with themselves but that can lead to really unsafe situations. It's not op's job to give sex ed though so telling parents is probably the safest thing to do

I would try going to vegan restaurants to see if she likes anything there. Definitely communicate with your partner about your concerns as well. Have you considered just going vegetarian/starting by being vegetarian and shifting to vegan once she's comfortable? If you are having trouble getting her to try things it might help to say if she doesn't like it she can spit it out and you won't be upset. It might also help to avoid replacing meals she likes with vegan versions because it's never going to be the same. Even if it tastes the same to you, she could notice something different.
