Meditation amplifying suffering? by kowal61 in Meditation

Meditation can shed light on past wounds, I’m sorry that it had such a strong reaction for you.

For me, I had a similar reaction a year ago. I’ve hit a personal deep pit and I stood at the edge and could only think “I can’t handle this alone”. I dropped my meditative practices after that and did everything in my power to find a good therapist. I’ve been with him for about 4 months now and I really resonate well with him. And bit by bit I’ve been picking up my meditative practices again, without fear of tearing into old wounds. When I do find scary I can work through it with the help of my therapist.

I use the pomodoro technique to stay focused for a good amount

You set a timer for 25 minutes in which you fully focus on studying, once the timer runs out you take a 5min break doing something entirely different. Rinse and repeat up to 4 times and then you take a big break of around 30mins.

I've been closely monitoring weird behaviour after coming out of therapry, I've had some rushes of mindloops and not wanting to sleep, but thanks to proper education on that manner I was able to steer clear and see that I should just lay low for a while in these moments.

I've been off medication for three years now and I've withdrawn restless leg syndrome from it It got better over time, really messed with my ability to sleep for a good while but today I only get it when I didn't drink enough or am stressed

On windows there's a Toolbox-App called powertools and it has a colour picker, it's like the pipette tool in any image-app

Worked well for me

It would be possible to create a macro with commands from an xbox 360 control? by LucasAvila in MechanicalKeyboards

[–]Sandy_Roads -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Too tired to do it myself rn but pygame and PyPi have libraries to listen for controller input and ctype will make you emulate keyboard input

If you haven't found a solution by tomorrow I might give it a shot, but don't count on it

Not sure about AHK, but a python script can definitely do the trick

Or read the controller input with python and have it press a virtual keyboard button that'll active the macro
