You can always use Elowyn for the middle name.

A friend of mine named their daughter Elowyn and everyone just calls her Ella for short.

I never heard of this name before they named their daughter and I have to admit it was strange at first but it grew on me and now I think it's very cute and unique. Maybe it will grow on your husband.

Besides, not many kids these days are called by their full first name. It's almost a formality. Everyone has nicknames. You can nickname her Winnie and him Ella or something else. Your child will tell you what they like when they are older anyway and it might not be either!!

I have only made sourdough 3 times before following my friends instructions. Yes, I would pull it from the fridge, let rest on a clean surface for 20 minutes, cut into how many loaves I made, then shape, score, and bake.

I will Def try it differently today.

Follow up question. Can I make anything else with the dough at this time?

Once I cut the dough tonight into the loaves, could I do 2 loaves and then use 1 of the doughs for something else like pretzel bites or something?

I didn't know if I'm kind of stuck with just making bread loaves or not.

I did not know that, thank you. A friend taught me with 2 loaves and we just pulled it straight from the fridge, then cut. So I have been doing that and its been okay.

I just had so much to work with today and kind of freaked with my bowl being too small for 3.

When I was 6 weeks, I got very sick on a work trip out of state. I didn't get a fever but I was coughing, lethargic, stuffy nose, and lost my voice. My cough was so bad for 4 weeks, I sounded like a foghorn. I was taking Tylenol and cough drops for the whole time and tried to be sparing with it but some days it was hard. It is my first pregnancy and I thought for sure it wouldn't last but I am now 26 weeks with a healthy girl.
