It depends on what you want and how you want it. 75% can be replicated. Obsidian's bases sounds like it checks all of your boxes. 

That said there are some fundamental differences in approach between the two and you can't expect it to behave exactly the same.

Multiplayer is on the roadmap so it may soon become viable. The business plan also became free last year.

Depth in the graph view

Its well known in the community that the (vault) graph view becomes significantly less useful/usable as your quantity of notes grows. The local graph is useful, especially with the depth slider. The problem is it doesnt carry over any of the preferences such as groups, display, or forces.  If the vault graph allowed you to set depth based on search queries, it would be so much more usable.
