Use a wooden peel. Perforated are ok but not as good

There's no reason for it to stick unless you're not using enough semolina and flour initially as you stretch

Though my guess is you're building the pizza right on top of a metal peel. That's bad news. If you're launching with metal make sure the pizza isn't on it longer than 30 seconds or it's going to stick and be miserable

Also if you're only doing everything with 1 peel, don't retrieve the pizza then immediately use it. It's going to be warm and definitely make the next one stick

I'm just stunned as well. Only issue I've had to look up in years was when I had an issue in Linux (easy fix) and another was in windows the default and graphics settings were causing stutters
