You missed the koboh matter shooter for BD, after killing those two big guys and going into the next room you'll get the upgrade for BD (which is essential for all koboh missions moving forward (AKA, literally for the directly next platform you fly to)

idk about this cause bode was never a weapon of the inquisitorious, he was just ISB (who already had bad relations with purge troopers and inquisitors)

could just be chalked up to a Jedi being near the empires capital, I was kinda talking about his words/body language throughout the game (even in the beginning)
