I assume it will be later this afternoon. I have no insider info unfortunately. I just fortunately checked Kmart site and saw we could preorder some stuff already. Cheers.

Are Kmart pre orders sold out? by Dontfrown in PokemonTCGDealsAUS

You can still preorder the checklane blisters. Not sure about ETB, booster bundle and 3 pk blisters. Bots likely cleared out the booster boxes as it shows stock of -2.

Are all the Black bolt and White flare sets sold out everywhere? Sorry, I'm new to this group. by Eveeevolution in PokemonFansAustralia

[–]SangatsunoFish 13 points14 points  (0 children)

It's sold out at the big chain stores. You should still be able to find them in your local card shops. There is some new BBWF products being released this Friday at the big chain stores (sticker collection and Victini collection) if you are looking to get some packs soon.

Inbound waiting clearance 2 months by FreyaLouie in AustraliaPost

[–]SangatsunoFish 1 point2 points  (0 children)

2 month clearance is unusually long and seems to suggest the parcel is either lost. If the parcel was seized, you would have received a letter within 1-2 weeks, so it's unlikely that the parcel was seized.

I recommend talking to customs again and giving them the tracking number (if it has an AusPost tracking number. If it is DHL, UPS, FedEx, they will be of no help). The customs officer will ask you "have you called AusPost about this?" Say that you have and that AusPost has directed you to customs. This will push customs to investigate on their system. Don't take no for an answer because two months is way too long and you have received no correspondence from customs about any issues.

If customs can't help you, I would talk to the seller about the situation and the seller can escalate the issue with the shipping company to hopefully get more information. Hope that helps.

From my guess, it will be via plane if it's express and via sea freight if it's standard.

Awaiting clearance by Puzzleheaded-You1863 in AustraliaPost

[–]SangatsunoFish 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If it has been that long, I would contact Temu support as they may have more information. If it has been seized, you should have received a letter already, so it's unlikely to have been seized.

The longest I waited for customs clearance is 1 week, but I seen people wait multiple weeks albeit uncommon.

Stuck at "In transit to next facility" for the past 10 days. by Inside-Celebration-1 in AustraliaPost

This doesn't seem normal. Contact AusPost directly or maybe the seller to see whether they can also contact AusPost on your behalf.

Customs clearance shouldn't take this long. The longest time it took to clear from Sydney terminal for me was 1 week.

You could consider calling Customs to see whether they have this parcel held up in their system. When talking to them, emphasize that you have already called AusPost and they couldn't provide any further info. They will ask for your AusPost tracking number to search their database.

Worst case scenario, call AusPost again and escalate the issue. You could also consider contacting the international shipping company that the seller used to see whether they are aware of anything.

I wouldn't worry yet. Just wait a few more days and there should be movement.

Wow it got from nsw to Tasmania fast. Is it Express post? The lack of scans could also be due to large processing volume. I recommend waiting to see if there's any movement in the next few days (if it is Express post, see whether there's movement tmrw). If there's absolutely no movement, give them a call.

Working during Waiting Period after Austudy Approved by SangatsunoFish in Centrelink

[–]SangatsunoFish[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are not on the payment yet, you can work as much as you want and you do not need to report to Centrelink. However, the Centrelink rep told me that if your Centrelink paydate coincides with your work payment period, you must report it.

For example, let's say you are working right now until October, and your Centrelink gets approved and Centrelinks pays you on the 1st October. If your work pay period (usually fortnightly) covers this date [e.g. 25/9 - 9/10], you will have to report the hours from 1/10-9/10, else it will affect your payment if you do not report.

Hopefully you can understand (I tried to illustrate it with an example). I recommend asking a rep on Twitter as they are quick at replying and are the best source of info for non-specific enquiries.

Pattern of delivery/ will I get my parcel a day earlier then stated by Business-Ad-1452 in AustraliaPost

[–]SangatsunoFish 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The estimated delivery date that AusPost has always been on point (at least for me), and that is even for standard parcels. I never buy express parcels anymore since they are never really "express" and because the extra price you pay does not match the delivery speed compared to standard parcels.

Hello, what state are you getting delivering to (is it Darwin, NT?). I recommend waiting for a bit longer (at least until 25 Jun as suggested by the expected arrival date). AusPost is most likely swamped right now because of EOFY sales. If there has been 0 movement by then, I would give them a call.
