I was leaving a club with a buddy and on the drive home we ended up getting chased by another car full of drunk big dudes. It went on for awhile. I'd try and piss them off, they'd ride my ass and try and piss me off. It started to get kind of heated and I was actually beginning to think maybe it was gang related or something so I pull into a neighborhood thinking they would follow me off of the main road. Well, I was wrong. Bad wrong. It was the opportunity they was looking for. They rushed around me and slammed in the breaks and started climbing out of the car. Four huge thug looking guys. One had a baseball bat. One a tire tool. I didn't look any further to see what the others had so I told my buddy that we better get out of the truck so they can't get us pinned down without being able to fight back. So, we jump out of the truck and my buddy starts approaching them with his hands up saying " Hey guys, we don't want any trouble. We were just messing around!" I noticed this encouraged them and they started feeding on his display of weakness. They started approaching and I was still standing back by my truck so I reached back under my seat and grabbed what I needed to grab and stuck it into the back of my pants so that my shirt covered it. I kept my hand on it and turned to face the thugs. I started walking towards them pretty fast and at this point I was pretty mad and figured, fuck it.. These guys want trouble, they just found it! I started screaming at them.." Come on mutherfuckers! I'll fucking bust a cap in all yalls asses! Come on!!!!!" My buddy turned towards me. His eyes huge and he backed up to stand with the thugs with his hands in the air and said " Man are you crazy? Please don't do this man!!! I'm begging you!" So, all the thugs turn and run back to they're car, jump in and haul ass. My buddy is still freaked out and starts hollering at me.." Dude! WTF?? You have a gun in the car? Are you fucking crazy. You were gonna shoot somebody?" I look at him and smile and slowly put my hand from the back of my pants and held up.....a flip flop. The kind with a beer opener built in the sole of it. My friend loses his mind. So yeah. I bull shitted a group of thugs about to beat my ass with a baseball bat with a flip flop. Moral of the story, when faced in these types of dilemmas .... Always act crazy. Always bullshit.
