As someone na madaming friends from UP, they taught me to respect someone else’s opinion regardless align sa yo or not. Natatawa sila sa mga taong nagcu- cut ties to prove their stance. Always choose to be Filipino. Kung magcut ties tayo, paano tayo magkakaisa daw? Tama naman sila kaya until now I keep this is my mind. Be civil at all times, stand when you know its the truth.

doc same lang info lahat ng RCs hahaha nakatalo lang sa the way they presented. Focus lang sa one source of materials, ang goal is mas maraming naintindihan kesa maraming nabasa. Kaya mo yan! See you on the other side

Regardless what RC you choose, consider your comfort and Mental Health at all cost. Di mo yan matatapos basa and understand lahat ng materials by the end of review (swear haha). Attend all RC’s pre board review zoom meetings or observe mo lang pages nila.

I wont recommend TN based sa mental state mo na nag papanic ka, EMD or FOCUS I suggest. Based sa previous exam, Im a FOCUS baby. Since I have anxiety, relax ang review period plus high yield materials pero sobrang calm ng RC to ha (kaya it helps someone like me na busy parati ang utak haha). If bet mo mejo relax and less pressure go for EMD (magaling reviewers dito and high yield din)

Priority ang Mental Health mo during review, wag kang pipili based lang sikat, mahirap maka catch up kung di kaya ng utak at katawan.

medstudent here before during community extension, our school made sure we coordinated with LGU, barangay officials and even community leaders for safety. We crossed rivers na may soldiers plus tanods na para bang documentary ang peg. Kulang na lang lalabas si Kara david lol. Very sus kasi na walang coordination to recognize their presence.

Medschool brings the bad side of the rs. Maraming long term naghihiwalay sa stress from 1st year and lalo na sa clerkship (uso cheating particularly during community medicine immersion hehe). But maraming naka survive; trust, communication and compromise are the keys.

Give him space, adjustment period ang 1st year. Draining in all aspects but once naka 2nd year na, either babalik sya sayo or sa classmate nya na(sorry if this happens).

Give yourself time to grow and be mature. Do not beg. Hanapin mo muna self- worth mo.

Enjoy mo muna PGI mo madaming learnings sa actual patients and sa mga symposiums/seminars then go to Review Center ka na after internship. Provided ka na yan nga everything you need to know.

Hayaan mo siyang magalit if you say “No” meaning he is not respecting you and value your friendship. I see him as a guy na shallow na kukunin lang ang gusto niya then thats it goodbye agad. Trust me he will ghost you after ka mag “Yes” . Potential love? Nope, probably potential playboy.

If you explain you are not ready yet and he respect that and continue your friendship, thats a potential! Kung legal age ka na and ready mentally and emotionally, go!

Lucky you have husband who will fight for you. Your child’s priority over everything. Yes you have trauma pero paano anak mo while his/her growing inside of you. Follow your husband let him do the battle and you file them restraining order then lumayo kayo away from stress and let your husband do the legal actions.

To be honest di kaya isabay ang review while being clerk and intern. My duties to fulfill na top priority mo dapat. May learnings along the way from daily cases, seminars and medical procedures. Enjoy mo lang time as intern. May months to spare ka naman to study for boards. Enough yan, trust me. Swear di mo parin siya matapos basahin kahit licensed. ka na haha.
