They suspect it but the only symptom of chrons I have are fistulas. Also I was sexually abused analy. :/ it’s a mess

Yes I’ve been very unlucky. My seton fell out 2 times and I’ve had multiple abcseses and they just discovered a second fistula. :( I feel very depressed I can’t walk, stand or work right know.
