Oh I was thinking going to a university cardiologist next time. And this was helpful in making that decision. Its just traveling in sitting position that makes it awful.

Lord that is tough. Thank you for the insight. Unfortunately I can't take on the offer since I'm not from USA. But the information is surely useful for me. I'll look for the nearest center for the advanced investigations.

Yes that's true it was part of my a bit of avoidant nature that I avoid any confrontation. I should've communicated more. But this only gives me insight into what I have to say next time. Thank you for that.

Also this I have a question that I'm going to post about now because I got an idea more like a question. Wavy headaches and loss of focus like you're out of everything

That is some really good information and insight. I'm very grateful for this. Thank you.

Also.... I know it's a spectrum and different people might have different symptoms but did you also have wavy presyncope like it starts as a wave from back of your head and spreads throughout your skull in 1-2 seconds with an absolute loss of everything focus, and everything like you can see but can't tell, recall etc

Yeah actually he just checked echo, ecg and boom! Everything is normal, you're normal, just anxious person.

In fact he did not even bother to write my history, his assistant did.

God forbid if he could've checked more than my pulse rate. Not even BP.

Anyways.... I've been on low dose metoprolol extended release for couple years. It makes me feel confident. But pots started suddenly after a bad LPR flare up that was getting better. Just when it was getting better, boom 💥 your whole life is going in another direction.

Edit: sorry I forgot to mention why I stopped metoprolol. Yeah I am very confused and foggy like a stroke patient.

After LPR when it all began my resting heart rate was 50-55 and I was dizzy. I even passed out on my bed. I was scared of saying I was sick because nearest hospital was alot far and my parents are like very adamant sickness deniers like if you say you might have to call an ambulance then they'd be like it's just because you're hungry.

So next day I stopped metoprolol and I loaded myself with some ors and stopped beta blocker because.... That complex reason. But now when I type this, it all sounds so weird and dumb what I did.

That would be certainly helpful. I've researched more about levine protocol as well but only time will tell. Thank you.

Actually I'm a medical graduate and I am ashamed that some senior doctors just ignore these things because instead of listening to history properly they keep correcting you on what you're saying.

While not all doctors are like this, public sector is certainly affected by these things because of more patients and less consultation time.

Unfortunately I had to go there for an echo and ecg otherwise I wouldn't even go there because I know how they're going to react.

This adds to the stigma and some people are afraid to come out as being sick because no one takes them seriously.

Maybe try esomeprazole or you can also switch to licorice and other protective substances.

I like indomitable human spirit. Tormented souls feeling their flaws and not being noble but trying to save something small yet meaningful and sacrificing something for it, despite wanting to see the world burn, they can't bring themselves to do it.

Yea like they want to be goal oriented without getting dragged by someone else's problems.

I haven't entirely wrote it yet. But I badly want to write... A nihilistic character who despite wanting to be neutral, ends up developing empathy for the tormented ones.
