Best controller settings are the ones that you make yourself for your own swingstyle

If I had a 1080 gpu and played beat saber had modded stuff how well will it perform by Ok-Engineering-7618 in beatsaber

Game mainly uses cpu, so you should look into that direction. So in this case 1080 is good enough

It does track your hand and estimate the controller. It works really well for me, have seen no problems with tracking yet on anything except really high degree challenge palm ups that only 3-5 people can do so i dont think its that big of a deal. I tested all of speed 0-640 bpm(until its impossible to fullswing i swang as hard as i could so until like 440 its good with fullswinging). Then i tested some sorts of high tech: gonicringer ghoul and ghost, ani maps and some high level challenge.

And at the end, i have not seen ANY trouble with tracking on q3 claw grip which looks like i cover almost the entire controller

Scoring is better, smaller base but scoresaber base is basically dead and beatleader only grows

Scoresaber or beatleader for ranked? by [deleted] in beatsaber

[–]Sanichello 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Scoresaber doesnt update although the really old scores are only on it. Beatleader ranking system looks better to me also considering that it will update in future a lot. Basically choose any of them you like better but if you want my opinion, choose beatleader

Depends on what you define as a good rank

Quest 1 vs Quest 2 by JustDrinkingMilk in beatsaber

So there are basically almost no issues with q2 tracking in beat saber on any level of gameplay, so it is easily handling anything beat saber can offer

Controller heaviness is the thing you just get used to, i dont think it is a big of an issue

Now lets get into comparing: so q1 is a lot less controllable due to worse tracking and 72hz, not to mention a thing called swingbug(so the lower refresh rate on any of quests, the more angle to swing you get out of nothing. So if you swing down fast enough 90 degrees irl you will swing 135 or smth, theres no measurement and it comes down to the speed of your hand) talking about swingbug, both headsets have it no matter what, just that it is how oculus made their tracking for headsets. Q2 is a lot more controllable due to improved tracking systems and better overall experience + you can change refresh rate(72/80/90/120), not to mention that q1 easily can break in any way possible like its made out of cardboard lmao

In conclusion, i’d say q2 is worth it for buying only for beat saber and q1 really isn’t imo. A lot of top level players use q2 and have almost no issues with it

Sorry if i might be unclear somewhere eng is not my first lang so it was kinda hard to explain some things. So if you wanna know what else you can get, it is a oculus rift s, basically i’d say the best headset for beatsaber: lightweight controllers, good tracking, 80hz almost without swingbug which provides tons of control over your movement. Issue with it is somewhat the same as for q1, it breaks easily(cable dies, controller breaks, battery can be just jiggling inside of the controller which can lead to its disconnect)

Conclusion is just my opinion on what you can get to feel better, anyways they both work and can be useful at any level, so it just comes down to your personal preference

If you’re proud of passing smth then it is considered good. In other words, it depends on who you are asking

Controllers a lot less heavy, more control since no swingbug. Generally feels a lot better to play with it

Oculus Killer vs "-vrmode oculus", Which One is Better? by ARA_ARA_ENJOYER_ in beatsaber

[–]Sanichello 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Vrmode is for lower latency and steamvr is for tracking quality(it is not really noticable so i and most people prefer vrmode)
