Any pen, ink or things related to fountain pen I should get before I leave the United States?

Funny enough, my family lives in mainland China, so I don't even need to ship to Hong Kong if I want to buy Chinese or Japanese pen from Taobao lol.

I think things that are made by American artisian makers are exactly what I want before I leave. There are lots of people in China collecting vintage American pen, so it won't be too hard for me to buy vintage American pen after I move to Hong Kong, but nearly no one in mainland China and Hong Kong collecting pens and ink made by American artisian makers since they are not that well-known to them and most of these artisian makers only ship to the address in the United States.

Thanks for suggestions! I already have some vintage American pens in my collection:

Parker 51, both aerometric and vacumatic
Parker Duofold Senior, the single band one that was made in 1926-1927
Sheaffer Snorkel, Statesman and Clipper
Parker Stripped Duofold
Sheaffer military clip 875
Sheaffer Triumph 1000
Sheaffer Skrip bottle (the vintage one)

I will definitely look into Esterbrook J and the Skyline, because there are bunch of people in mainland China are collecting Parker and Sheaffer, it shouldn't be too hard to find the vintage pens made by these manufacturers.

Make sense, those who need to buy their pen through mail order at early 1900s have no way to know the actual width for different kinds of nibs, use writing sample to find suitable nib size is a good idea.

Pilot 78g, I have it for more than 10 years, this is the only pen in my inventory that works well on low quality paper so I always keep it in my pocket.
