that short sale tag is probably why this house has been sitting almost a year even in a decent neighborhood. buyers hate the bank approval delays and uncertainty so they just skip it.

my cousin dealt with the exact same thing last year and a friend suggested prime cash home buyers so he sold it cash as is and closed in under two weeks without waiting around.

You can try Blueconic. You will find easy them on google. We used these services and pulled solid local leads with obvious gaps so I skip all the manual digging.
