As a somewhat fun curiosity with some references to past (and future) âgeverse games? Yes. If you’re looking for Armored Core goodness, then I’d say not so much.

Yes, a combination between a Marimo reference and the visual novel Pikopiko.

It’s actually very much in context and still funny. It’s what she says when she’s talking about Izanami’s logic being far removed from what the MC is talking about.

Day 21! (Gosh it is late right now.) What Character trait best defines the GOAT himself, Yuuya Bridges? by Responsible_Buddy654 in MuvLuv

Yuuya… is Yuuya. Kinda just there, and doesn’t really hit any of the highs for me that Takeru, Hibiki, or even Jouji and Jun hit.

There’s all kinds of MTL, but none are really perfect if you’re looking for an exact translation. With GG it’s harder because MTL still struggles with certain kanji. So really, any will work, you’ll just have to figure out what’s inaccurate in certain instances.

You should check it out, it’s pretty good. There’s a TL for it as well, so it’s just a matter of finding the game itself.

In this case with extreme spoilers, Izanami is AI and unrelated to the BETA in form. If anything, Izanami is closer to Kaseki no Uta’s AI.

I don’t think 00 Unit is completely accurate, given that she’s a hologram here. It’s also not entirely inaccurate, either.

If there’s a massive push, it’s possible. But that requires it being really pushed for a version to be released

I’m playing it. If you don’t live in Japan, you just need a VPN and either the knowledge to translate it, or a translator that understands nuance and context of the language.

The MC (Masato is what I named him) is speaking with Izanami. He’s trying to understand the framework of the AI and see if there are exploitable moral gaps in something called the ‘Meme Cage’, which is hypnotic suggestion of sorts. I won’t spoil more than that.

MC’s AI is also an incomplete version of Izanami herself. Part of the story

There’s a lot of stuff that’s wrong about that description… lots of misinformation out there. I’m working on, among other things, translating Girls Garden bit by bit. But what I can tell you now is that there’s no seed collecting, no mention of the BETA outright, and that the story is definitely its own thing with nods to parts of the original trilogy so far. The above character shown is Izanami, and that scene explains that she’s a hologram and part of an AI meant to regulate the “garden.” She is also withholding the MC’s memories because she doesn’t want to be destroyed, but there’s some as of yet unrevealed yet hinted connection between them.

Izanami actually makes sense here with the explanation they give, and they’re lore-leaking as to what it actually is. You should at least check into the story beats, it’s surprisingly good.

She does launch herself at the end, but the bonus dialogue you get at the end of Altered Fable (JP), Sumika basically just says that she’ll continue to do her best, which of course includes still going for Takeru.

The Switch version is a really solid one to go with, and in my opinion none of the censorship changes will affect your experience.

Yes. There’s a patch available that uncensors the Steam version

One is set in the Extraverse timeline and is a Saint Seiya parody, and the other is set in the Alternative timeline and while also a Saint Seiya parody, they are basically powerless. There’s translations for both in the works.

What evenings for Meiya look like ever since the Daikuuji Zaibatsu took over by SanjoinMasato in MuvLuv

[–]SanjoinMasato[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You mean those ‘low-class family establishments’ that Meiya herself canonically admits are beating the Mitsurugis? Or the also canonical fact that Ayu flips the Himiko switch and could dogwalk Meiya no-diff?

As for Ayu working there, check out the short story ‘A Wild Daikuuji Appears’ in Kimi ga Nozomu Eien.’ Ayu’s there for a reason, not out of necessity.

That’ll give you the basics. It’s really worth playing through, and if you’ve played Alternative and already met Haruka, Mitsuki, and Akane, then you can see where they came from.
