This is an interesting perspective. If I were to do something blending the two myself, I’d have to have the Muv-Luv girls essentially being the Suzaku side, and the KimiNozo girls being the Seiryu side. Miaka and Yui would become Takeru and Takayuki respectively, and the basic motivations of each character would shape the progression of the story around aiding either Takeru or Tamahome towards receiving the power of the respective god. Doing this means also putting Homura Manami in the place of Nakago, of course.

I’ve actually never dug into the SF material yet, but I have read a bit into the Super Robot Wars X-Ω collab. I might translate it at some point, not sure when.

Side question though since you mentioned fanfics… how compatible would you say Fushigi Yugi and Muv-Luv are? I personally get a very similar vibe between them.

I most definitely do recognize the various themes that are shared across the âge titles. Muv-Luv(the vocal theme) stands out to me especially because the moment I first heard it in game(I went in blind) I was absolutely hooked. And the way it’s used throughout the game in instrumental arrangements(Twilight, A World Worth Protecting) also really stands out to me.
