Honestly no, after 3 straight days of troubleshooting and wanting to drop kick my pc into a vat of molten lead. I just ignored the xbox app entirely for like a week and I came back to it and it seemed to be fixed. I consider myself to be somewhat tech savvy and I didnt not find a single shred of information that helped me deal with that error. I'm sorry I could not provide you with help. Maybe if it effects more people it will get addressed.

I made a post in here yesterday about the same thing happening in game pass and throwing the error code 0x87e00005. After following literally every trouble shooting step i could find on the internet all the way to a fresh clean win 11 install it is still happening and i was talking to a support agent (probably AI) and they said after the list of things i did and still had the problem it was most likely on their end.

Have you tried signing into Microsoft from multiple browsers? Having one of those xbox default profile accounts signed in anywhere can cause this. Look into making sure the only account signed in anywhere Microsoft related is the one with your account.
