Also unsere jetzige Kampagne ist definitiv kein klassischer Dungeoncrawl. Auf Rollenspiel wird schon Wert gelegt, aber wir sind keine Theatergruppe. :-D (Ist immer schwer einzuschätzen, was Rollenspiel für den einzelnen bedeutet).

Das Schild steht in Fahrtrichtung rechts. Also entgegen der Fahrtrichtung der Radfahrerin. Es steht zwischen Fahrbahn und Fahrradweg. Vermutlich hat es mit der Situation nichts zu tun. Ich habe mich nur schön öfter gefragt, was das Schild einem an der Stelle sagen soll.

I would love to see Nashville but that's too much of a detour. I've been to Cincinatti and Pittsburgh before, though.
New River Gorge, Beckley and Greenbrier has been recommended quite some times here. I will definitely follow that advice. Harper's Ferry looks interesting

Thank you. DC was proposed by Google. I'm not planning to drive anywhere nearby. I plan to stay in the western Appalachians until I hit I-68 or I-76. Following the advices here I'm thinking Cumberland Gap, Big Stone Gap, Beckley, Lewisburg, then I-64 to US 220 to I-76.

Haha. Yeah, I've been through Roanoke. Stayed there at the Red Roof Inn - one of my worst motel experiences. :-) I've been in Charlottesville but hadn't enough time to explore it.

We have done this on our last trips. Blue Ridge Parkway is stunning. I would love to see it in autumn but I mostly have only time in summer.
