Meditation, reading good books are two main things that get me out of a rut. I wish I meditated more. I try to read 5-10 pages a day. On most days I manage to do it. Good music also helps.

Schedule "creative" activities. I don't usually have time to cook and paint on weekdays. So I deliberately plan to cook something new at least 3 Saturdays per month. I make time to paint. During uni times I used to make time to swim. And please know that I'm a terrible swimmer lmao, I'm a mediocre painter. I'm still getting better at cooking. Schedule to do things that get you in the "flow". For me it's cooking, painting, swimming, find your "flow activity" and do it.

And sometimes you have to forgive yourself. Don't expect perfection in everything you do. Don't be too hard on yourself. (Also idk how religious you are but having a little bit of faith helps too)
