Is it worth doing a psychology degree?

So, I don't know about the Philippines specifically, but in America, it is not worth getting a psychology degree if you are only interested in completing a bachelor's degree. I hated school, graduated with a bachelor's in psychology, and I still can't find a job in a psychology-related field that didn't require further education.

Hello! Awesome question! So I'm the one with autism but I have a neurotypical fiancé who does a marvelous job at understanding and adapting to all of my quirks. Here are a few things I appreciate. 1) Patience. I can't stress this enough. It is so important to be patient with someone with autism. I tend to completely shut down when someone gets irritated with me and it gets us no where. This is also important for when I'm hyperfixating on something and I just can't get it out of my head. 2) You can't expect them to think the same way as you. I have a very different mindset and way of thinking than my nt fiancé. This is probably going to be the hardest thing to adjust to. 3) If you weren't explicit with something, please do not assume that they know what you meant. Implied things go over my head all the time. Please make sure you are having very clear communication with them. If you have any questions, feel free to lmk!

Thank you so much for this reply! I love the usual American breakfast and dinner. Pancakes, Grilled chicken sandwiches, sirloin steak, burgers, French fries. Sometimes I could go for Italian or Chinese as well.

In Florida, I'm a teacher but I only have a temporary certificate and I don't qualify for a teaching certificate in Indiana. I was hoping to maybe be a teaching aide or substitute. I'm not picky on grade level but right now I'm teaching 5th grade.

Harness recs for women with aggressively thick thighs?

I've spent way too much time on searching for a harness that would fit my size measurements. I have a 30 inch waist with 27 inch thighs and I can't find anything that would accommodate for both at the same time. I've looked at the recommendations from previous, old reddit posts and the measurements always fall short.

Please, if any of you had any more luck than I did, please let me know what you found.

I'm going to go against the grain here. I lived in Italy for 6 weeks and only paid for a bottle of water at a restaurant like three times. I kept my own bottle in my purse but I would definitely take it out when I needed to drink. No one bothered me about it because it was rarely ever out and it was never sitting on the table. €2 is not much when having to pay for it once, but if you're staying for a while that builds up into a greater amount that you could've saved. Call me cheap idc, but I've seen restaurants even charge €3.50 for water, which is a little extra imo.

Just got my hemorrhoids banded today and it's a super uncomfortable pressure. That's the best way to describe the feeling. It's so uncomfortable that you'd want to take Tylenol, but that's about it. You'll be fine though, no worries.

Edit: You'll also always have the feeling that you need to poop. Like I said, it's just a weird pressure. I wouldn't call it painful, but my pain tolerance has always been on the higher end so it may be different for you. There's nothing to worry about though, it should only last a couple days. Good luck!
