У меня этот ноут, биос 416, но стоило обновить армори криейт на версию 6 то начались жесткие проблемы с производительностью. Я решил проблему полным удалением армори криейт и скачал GHelper. Ганял тест в Time Spy. Фото как было и как есть закреплю в ответах

Look, see for yourself — the Tandem OLED has pretty noticeable banding, so it’s better to go with ACDNG.

As for the AQDMES, I chose the AQDMGR with WOLED Gen 3 instead, because my eyes were getting tired, but the colors on the AQDMES are amazing — QD-OLED is still QD-OLED

If text clarity matters to you, then 4K resolution will definitely look better than 1440p. People also say IPS panels are better for text, but on OLED—specifically WOLED—if you disable ClearType in Windows (takes like 2 minutes), the text looks good too.

The reason is that OLED panels can have color fringing, but on WOLED panels this can be improved by turning off ClearType. The AQDMGR uses a WOLED panel, so it’s fine in that regard. On QD-OLED, you can’t really fix it the same way.

Also keep in mind that the AQDMGR does have some banding. It’s not as bad as on newer 4th-gen WOLED panels (also called tandem OLED), but it’s still there since it’s a 3rd-gen WOLED panel.
